ABOUT 

Hi, I'm Shannon, creator and lead floral designer of Petal To The Metal.  I first stepped foot inside of a floral shop the day before Valentine's Day in 2002 and shortly thereafter fell in love with designing.  As a result I have managed and designed in various shops while also freelance designing for weddings until finally creating Petal To The Metal.

While I love floral design, I also appreciate great design across all artistic mediums.  In addition to floristry I have a strong background and formal education in photography as well as in art.  I am so thankful for my journey that has allowed me to create art through flowers with an intuitive approach.
